1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a reservation with Stealth Lux Limo, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all passengers in the client's party.
2. Reservations and Payment
- Deposits: A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations. A deposit of 50% may be required at the time of booking.
- Billing: The final balance will be billed to the card on file upon completion of the service, including any applicable overtime, tolls or cleaning fees.
3. Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellations made less than three days before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the reservation. Modifications to the itinerary are subject to vehicle availability and may incur additional hourly charges.
4. Passenger Conduct and Vehicle Care
- No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all Stealth Lux Limo vehicles. A minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for any violation.
- Damage: The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle's interior or exterior caused during the rental by them or any member of their party. This includes excessive cleaning due to spills or sickness.
5. Liability and Delays
Stealth Lux Limo is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown, severe weather, heavy traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control that may cause a delay or prevent the completion of the service. In such events, we will make every effort to provide a comparable backup vehicle.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
